President Prabowo Subianto, DEN Chair Discuss Direction of National Economic Policy Amid Global Uncertainty

President Prabowo Subianto Wednesday (12/3) received Chairperson of the National Economic Council (DEN) Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan at Merdeka Palace, Jakarta, to discuss the direction of national economic policy amid evolving global dynamics.

In a written statement, Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya said that during the meeting, discussions focused on the economic situation and strategies to strengthen national productive sectors, particularly priority issues.

“Chairperson of the DEN reported on developments in the global and national economic situation, as well as progress in the horticulture program and various findings in science and technology that have potential for development in Indonesia,” Teddy wrote.

The meeting, Teddy added, also reaffirmed the Government’s commitment to strengthening cross-sector coordination in maintaining economic stability and driving sustainable national growth. (BPMI) (EST/EP)
