President Prabowo Discusses Strategies for Food, Energy Self-Sufficiency, Eid al-Fitr Preparation

President Prabowo Subianto, Monday (03/09), led a strategic meeting to discuss the national priority agendas and preparations for Eid al-Fitr at his private residence in Hambalang village, Bogor regency, West Java province.

“President Prabowo Subianto received several ministers of the Red and White Cabinet in Hambalang, Bogor, West Java, on March 9, 2026, to discuss national strategic measures and preparation for Eid al-Fitr,” Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya said in a written statement.

According to Teddy, the meeting focused on two main agendas. The first was to evaluate the development of the national self-sufficiency program, including food, energy, and oil, which is one of the priority agendas of President Prabowo’s administration.

Meanwhile, the second was to prepare for the Eid al-Fitr celebration, including ensuring the availability of food and energy supply.

Joining the meeting were Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto, Minister of Finance Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa, Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Bahlil Lahadalia, Minister of Agriculture Amran Sulaiman, Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries Sakti Wahyu Trenggono, and Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency Nusron Wahid, Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Technology Brian Yuliarto, Minister of Defense Sjafrie Sjamsoeddin, Commander of the Indonesian National Defense Forces General Agus Subiyanto, Minister of State Secretary Prasetyo Hadi, and Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya.
