President Prabowo Holds Strategic Dialog with National Entrepreneurs to Advance Indonesia Incorporated Vision

President Prabowo Subianto gave an audience to five national entrepreneurs at his private residence in Hambalang, Bogor, West Java province, Tuesday (02/10). Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya stated in his written statement that the meeting was quite intensive.

“The meeting lasted more than 4.5 hours, starting from 7:00 PM until around 11:30 PM Western Indonesia Time,” said Teddy in the written statement uploaded on Wednesday (02/11).

The meeting served as a strategic dialogue between the Head of State and business actors to strengthen national development synergy. President Prabowo also emphasized the importance of the Indonesia Incorporated spirit as the foundation for collaborative work among all elements of the nation.

“On that occasion, President Prabowo stressed the importance of the Indonesia Incorporated spirit, which means close collaboration among all sectors, including between the Government, the business world, and all stakeholders, to strengthen national competitiveness and accelerate economic development,” explained Teddy.

The entrepreneurs also expressed shared views and strong commitment to supporting the Government’s major agenda. This support is carried out through active business involvement in priority sectors that directly impact public welfare and the strengthening of national development foundations.

“The entrepreneurs expressed their commitment to supporting the Government’s vision and mission in the most strategic sectors, namely nutritious meals program, schools and higher education, health, subsidized housing, cooperatives and fishing villages, as well as food and energy sovereignty,” wrote Teddy.

Furthermore, President Prabowo invited the business world to take an active role together with the Government in job creation. “Especially in the real sector, to encourage industrial development and strengthen MSMEs,” Teddy added.
