Sir, after the inauguration of Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) and Hadi Tjahjanto as Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal, and Security Affairs, what is your hope? What is your consideration and what is your hope for the future?

Well, I think we know that Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal, and Security Affairs was formerly a Commander of the Indonesian National Defense Forces (TNI), I think he is well prepared to deal with political, legal, and security affairs. And, I have ordered several things related to security and order, and also things related to support for investments that enter Indonesia. I think so.

Sir, any coordination with Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDI-P) when you appointed AHY as a minister?

Any coordination with PDI-P, Sir? Any communication with PDI-P when you appointed AHY to join the Cabinet, Sir?

So, first, related to Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono. We know that he is the General Chairperson of Democratic Party, that is first. He is an alumnus of the Military Academy, Nanyang University, Harvard University, Webster University, I think I have no doubt to designate him as Minister for ATR/BPN because it is related to management, I think he is well prepared.

You required that the issue should be resolved this year, Sir. You required that the land certificate issue should be resolved this year, what is the target, Sir?

I have said three things to Minister for ATR/BPN. First, related to electronic certificate, they should be encouraged to be more massive. Second, the target for Cultivation Rights Title (HGU) for carbon trading related to the Government Regulation must immediately be achieved because many [investors] showed their interest. Third, regarding the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) target of 120 million, 120 million plots to be registered on the PTSL, we must be able to achieve it, I think so.

If it is necessary to meet them, we can just meet. If it is not necessary, why should we meet? Well, it is all in a process, because, indeed, I want to bridge all of them.
