I have recognized that, almost in all regions, stroke and heart disease are predominant. It will be a problem if the patients are not well treated because the location of regencies or cities are far from provincial hospitals. Therefore, now the Ministry of Health provides more medical devices such as CT scan, cath lab, mammogram, or pregnancy ultrasound (USG) to lower-level health services at regencies and public health services. I can say that I always check the facilities everytime I inspect regional hospitals. I have seen CT scan here. Alhamdulillah, praise to God, specialist doctors are also available. That’s good.

This is for health sector. Providing CT scan is the most important. We will send mammogram, cath lab and other standards medical devices. Then, it is essential to have specialist doctors who can operate modern medical devices. I have seen that facilities are good here. The building and layout are good and clean. I hope all health services have the same condition.
