After inspecting several affected locations in quake-hit Cianjur regency in West Java province, President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo Thursday (11/24) headed to Cugenang district in the regency. The district is said to be the epicentrum where the 5.6 magnitude quake on Monday (11/21) originated.

President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo Thursday (11/24) visited earthquake victims in Sayang Cianjur regional general hospital (RSUD), Cianjur regency, West Java province. During the visit, President Jokowi said the Government would ensure that the victims get effective treatment.

President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo once again inspected the location where the recent earthquake happened in Cianjur regency, West Java province, on Monday (11/21). According to the President, there were 39 victims that had not been found yet in Cugenang subdistrict, so the Head of State came back to ensure the victims evacuation runs well.
