President Jokowi Kicks Off Working Visit to Bali

President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo headed to Bali province to kick off a working visit on Tuesday (10/25).

The President and entourage arrived at the I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport, Badung regency, at around 19:45 central Indonesian time.

Upon arrival, the President was welcomed by Acting Governor of Bali S.M. Mahendra Jaya, Military Commander (Pangdam) of IX/Udayana Harfendi, Bali Regional Police Chief Ida Bagus Kade Putra Narendra, Commander of I Gusti Ngurah Rai Air Force Base (Danlanud) Colonel Agni Prayogo, and Commander of Denpasar Navy Base Admiral I Dewa Nyoman Gede Rake Susilo.

President Jokowi will head to Gianyar regency to inspect the learning activities at State Vocational High School (SMK) 3 Sukowati.

Afterwards, the President is scheduled to inspect the food commodities at Bulan traditional market in Gianyar regency, Bali province. President Jokowi will also officially open the 2023 World Hydropower Congress at Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center (BNDCC), Badung regency. (BPMI of Presidential Secretariat/DNS) (SI/EST)
