President Jokowi Witnesses Deputy Chief Justice’s Oath of Office
President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo on Monday (15/2) at the State Palace witnessed Andi Samsan Nganro took the oath of office as Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme Court (MA) for Judicial Affairs.
The appointment of Andi Samsan Nganro is based on Presidential Decree (Keppres) Number 22/P of 2021 on Honorable Dismissal of Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme Court for Supervision and the Appointment of Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme Court for Judicial Affairs. The Presidential Decree was promulgated in Jakarta on 10 February 2021.
On that occasion, Deputy Minister of State Secretary for Apparatus Administration Nanik Purwanti read the Presidential Decree. After the reading of the Presidential Decree, Andi Samsan Nganro took the oath of office as Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme Court for Judicial Affairs.
Afterward, President Jokowi accompanied by Vice President Ma’ruf Amin congratulated Andi Samsan Nganro. The ceremony ended with a group photo. (TGH/UN) (RI/MMB)
