President Jokowi Welcomes Arrival of Heads of State, Delegates to World Water Forum
President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo welcomed the arrival of heads of states and delegates who will attend the 10th World Water Forum (WWF) High Level Conference in 2024 at Mangupura Hall, Bali International Convention Center (BICC), Badung Regency, Bali Province, Monday (05/20) morning.
The heads of states and delegations who attended the forum were, among others, Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan Qohir Rasulzoda, President of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka Ranil Wickremesinghe, Prime Minister of the Republic of Fiji Ratu Wiliame Maivalili Katonivere, Prime Minister of Morocco Aziz Akhannouch, President of the World Water Council Loic Fauchon, President of the United Nations (UN) General Assembly Dennis Francis, Deputy Prime Minister of Malaysia Dato Sri Haji Fadillah bin Haji Yusof, Deputy Prime Minister of Papua New Guinea John Roso, Minister of Energy and Infrastructure of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Suhail Mohamed Al Mazrouei, Dutch Special Envoy Meike van Ginneken, French Special Envoy Barbara Pompiil, and Hungarian Special Envoy Janos Ader.
Afterward, President Jokowi and the delegates entered Mangupura Hall together. The arrival of the Head of State and the delegates was warmly welcomed by the invited guests who were present there to take part in the Opening Ceremony. (TGH/DNS)
