Launching PHTC Program, President Prabowo Asserts Commitment to Equality in National Education

President Prabowo Subianto, at the celebration of the 2025 National Education Day held at Cimahpar 5 Public Elementary School, Bogor, West Java, Friday (05/2), launched the Fast and Best Result-Based Program (PHTC). The launch was part of the Government’s grand strategy towards equal and high-quality education.
In his remarks at the event, President Prabowo stated that one of the concrete actions to be immediately taken was the installation of digital screens in all schools in Indonesia to support digital-based learning.
“Through the digital screens, we can deliver the best education. This program will also benefit schools, especially those in isolated, underdeveloped, peripheral areas and other areas whose residents are still struggling to obtain educational materials and teachers with certain expertise,” said the President.
The program is set up to start within the next few months, and it is expected that the digital screens will have been installed in all schools by mid-2026. The President also emphasized that this program will help greatly schools in isolated areas that lack high-quality teachers.
“The program will help schools and teachers across Indonesia,” he continued.
With the digitalization and improvements in educational infrastructure, the President urged the acceleration of the improvements in education quality throughout the nation and the development of excellent Indonesian human resources. The Head of State also expressed his gratitude to all parties for their dedication to education.
“Truly, teachers are heroes who are often left unappreciated. Ladies and Gentlemen, for that, once again, let me say thank you. Let us unite, let us work together, let us live in harmony. A great nation is a harmonious one,” he concluded. (BPMI of Presidential Secretariat) (RD/TM)
