President Prabowo Subianto Wishes People Merry Christmas, Happy New Year

President Prabowo Subianto Wednesday (12/25) delivered Christmas greetings to all Christians in Indonesia through Presidential Secretariat YouTube channel.

“As the President of the Republic of Indonesia and on behalf of the Indonesian Government and on my own behalf, I, Prabowo Subianto, wish all Christians across the country a merry Christmas,” he said.

He expressed hope that this year’s Christmas is celebrated with peace and happiness. The President also wished all Christians receive blessings from God.

In addition to Christmas greeting, President Prabowo also sent New Year message for all. He expressed hope that the new year would bring peace and good will to all Indonesians.

“Happy New Year 2025. I hope the new year brings us peace, goodness, and blessings,” he said adding that the Government is committed to maintaining interfaith harmony and calls on the community to welcome the new year with optimism. (BPMI of Presidential Secretariat/ABD) (RAS/MUR)
