President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo has strongly criticized the slow progress of waste-based power plant (PLTSa) development. According to the President, the issue of PLTSa development has been raised six times in the (previous) limited meetings, even when he was still (Solo) mayor and (Jakarta) governor. Yet, no progress has been made, he said.
